Built to our GARDEN BUILDING RANGE specifications, in pressure treated Shiplap exterior cladding; to include the following additional features:

• All timbers, both internally and externally, pressure treated (excluding roof purlins).
• All sizes are nominal.
• Walls built using 4” x 2” (100mm x 50mm) timber framework, spaced at 24” (600mm) centres, lined with builders lining paper, as standard.
• 4’ (1.2m) deep covered veranda to front, including decking, hand rails, spindles, newel posts, support posts and curved bracing.
• 1 x 3’ 10” wide x 6’ 6” high (1168mm x 1981mm) French double doors and frame with sil, 2 panes double glazed, to front (will need painting or staining).
• 2 x 25” x 41” (631mm x 1050mm) casement windows, top vent opening, double glazed, to front (will need painting or staining).
• 1 x 16’ x 8’ (4.8m x 2.4m) Tongue & Grooved floor, resting on pressure treated floor joists, spaced at 16” (400mm) centres (no brickwork required, building is bolted directly to the flooring structure).
• Guttering and down pipe to front of building only.
• 18mm Ply and 38kg green mineral felt roof.
