Daniel Watson has joined us as an ambassador in 2024 - as a Team GB rider Dan rides and competes a wide variety of horses. From rearing youngsters to competing at Grand Prix level Dan is a very active player in the British Dressage world. Based at his stud and training yard in Kent he runs a dressage training and breeding yard.
Daniel is once again competing for Great Britain this year and we are very proud and honoured to welcome him onboard as a Chart Stables Ambassador.

Ulmiro FIC is a 2-year-old Lusitano colt owned by Chart Stables and produced and competed in hand by Scott Dixon Equestrian.
Ulmiro has enjoyed an impressive start to his young competition career, achieving success at both county and breed shows.
At the Kent County Show 2026, Ulmiro was awarded Foreign Breed Youngstock, before going on to become Champion Foreign Breed and overall In-Hand Supreme Champion. This result also secured his qualification for the Price Family Horse of the Year Show Semi-Final.
At the Norfolk County Show, Ulmiro continued his successful run, being crowned Champion Foreign Breed and taking the Youngstock Championship.
These achievements highlight Ulmiro's quality, presence and potential as a young Lusitano. With his continued development and experience in the show ring, he is an exciting young horse to follow.

Chart Stables International Dressage at Hickstead will host an FEI CDIO3* Nations Cup as part of our expanded International schedule. This is a major milestone for the event, and for British Dressage.
Aster Events has continued to grow the show since taking it on, attracting International combinations, developing facilities and hospitality, and strengthening industry partnerships. Following a hugely successful 2026 edition, introducing a Nations Cup is the next step in our evolution.
The Nations Cup will run from 10–16 May 2027 alongside a full week of International and National classes, including the popular Dressage Masters, reinforcing the Chart Stables International Dressage at Hickstead’s position as a premier destination for dressage.
