• This ex display building has only been used for a short time at an event,
• 2.235m to eaves height, including depth of skids and approx. 3.1m to ridge.
• The framing size of your building is 100mm x 50mm pressure treated timber.
• Additional 1.2m canopy to front of your Mobile unit, as standard.
• All external walls lined on the interior with 18mm OSB kickboard lining to 1.2m, as standard.
• 1 x 2.1m wide opening to front, complete with anti-chew strips to vertical sides of opening, as standard.
• 1 x 2.1m wide timber field gate, to the front of the opening. Hung using adjustable field gate hinges and latch.
• 80mm x 80mm galvanised metal skids, with galvanised fixtures to support anchor points at each gable end.  A heavy-duty chain supplied for towing.
• Guttering and down pipe to front of building, ready to take your water butt or soak away.
• Supported by 125mm x 50mm roof purlin system, boarded with OSB and finished with Black Onduline roof.
• Please Note: Construction timbers are pressure treated. The timber sizes referred to are sawn dimensions and will be slightly smaller after planning.
